📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with your tracking number once your package is on its way.

⚠️ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please don't panic. Simply reach out to our support team and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund  whichever you prefer.


📦 Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or process a full refund right away no questions asked.
